One interesting hand from today....


So im probably around 22/18/[insert crazy number here - it ranged from 3 to 15 i think lolololol]

I've tangoed at this table once and there was no showdown, im playing pretty much what i consider to be good old ABCD poker. The D is when i sometimes 2 barrel some floating bitch.

Villan is 34/22/2.75 over 79 hands so take the AF with a pinch of salt and don't base to much on VPIP/PFR either.

I'm not sure if I would do it, but I would think most people would vote for a raise on the flop.

On the river, I am calling up to a $20 bet or so. If checked to, I'm probably betting 1/2 pot and folding to a raise.

Yeah i thought i played it well, i was slightly doubtfull preflop but figure if i hit an Ace im good alot of the time and get a cbet or two. So calling makes sense, folding is prob 2nd best and raising prob last!


Flop, well easy call IMO - What calls a raise that we beat? Infact...what do we beat? bluffs/JJ/AQ/Random NL$50 junk.

Turn - Check behind, ive been aggro as said above and he can be possibly c/ring me here.

im callin tha river bet all day. u have shown sooo much weakness and this dude is an aggro maniac. u induced a bluff by checking behind on the turn thus callin this medium bet on the river is a must.

I fold river. AJ, QQ, KK, TT, AA all beat us AK we tie. What where buttons stats ?

Reraise preflop usually, calling is ok though I guess. Flop call is good, maybe bet turn if you feel he peels with JJ, Qx etc. Call most bets on the river, and bet/fold $19 if checked to.

derosnec - Not really worried about JT reraising preflop though, its just an ugly board interms of what hands we beat.

Jay - you call $20 since you bet $19 right? I dont see what im beating and his AF is ovr 79 hands.
