My line is bad at some hands, what to improve?

I played this very badly I think post flop, I really look like a weak-tight player.... I wasn't scared of the better probably a straight/flushdraw, but the caller i was afraid of maybe he was drawing to but he also could have a top hand, so I just called to see again what to do on the turn. Then i should have raised for sure I think, because it was more obvious both guys were drawing and yeah in the end I felt i was beaten but i just called because of the odds. I thought he checked the flop with a monster (KQ), and underpair or AQ (AK would be betting right)? Then he checked again on the turn and everyone did. Then in the end he bet the pot, i thought he maybe had the straight or played AK very badly, which would be paying me off if i raised just not to much. Should The all-in raise have waken me up? Clear fold or clear call???
