PS $16: 55 in SB with limpers
PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t150 (8 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com
UTG (t2530) UTG+1 (t1275) MP1 (t1355) MP2 (t2390) CO (t1150) Button (t1520) Hero (t1440) BB (t1840) Preflop: Hero is in SB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] UTG calls t150, UTG+1 calls t150, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button folds, Hero ? UTG had limped in UTG at level 2 with Q2s; UTG+1 is a substantial winner, don't know if 2p2 or not, had seen few flops. Is this a push? |

Re: PS $16: 55 in SB with limpers
hmm... if UTG+1 is a winner, why is he limping behind here ? Only thing I can think of is QQ+...
btw: he def isn't 2p2 if he doesn't push/fold there |

Re: PS $16: 55 in SB with limpers
I agree....
For T75, this is a reasonable investment for a call FOR SET VALUE. 2 callers, plus some likelihood that the BB is going to check against so many (or do the sandwich play...and then you have to throw away anyway), I like the idea of gambling just a little, with a go or no go strategy on the flop. There is a real possibility that if you hit your set, you may be able to pull in quite a few chips, if not stack opponent(s). I call and let this one play out on the flop. Fammy |

Let's say we're in the CO or button here, what stack size for Hero (if any) makes this a push?
