Party Rake Calculation

I have a couple questions about calculating my MGR on Party.

1) How many raked hands are typical in $400NL+ per hand played in pokertracker....so for example, if my PokerTracker says 10,000 hands, how many raked hands did I play, on average?

2) How many PartyPoints does a player typically earn per raked hand at the same games?

Isn't raked hands a column under summary?
