Reread my reply. Partypoker might sound stupid most of the times but they are not. Of course they look at the history of the players aswell. This guy probably pressed fold by misstake.

Party has a minor bug that occasionally makes it impossible to bet the pot in pot limit games, only allowing you to bet $0.01 less than the pot. It could be a variation on the same problem.

Party's probably right here. Sometimes people misclick, and sometimes people are retarded and know nothing about pot odds. I have notes on tons of people that say "folds preflop getting 1k:1".
You're correct to report this hand, and Party Poker should definitely investigate. However, if the players in question don't have a history of playing in the same tournaments or at the same table in cash or whatever, then Party should do what they did. |
