Problem with Epassporte to Pokerstars transfer.

I opened a new epassporte account about two weeks ago, received my money today but now I can't get it on pokerstars. When I try depositing through the cashier, it asks no questions except how much and if I have a bonus code and then declines my request. Why is it not asking me for personal information, such as my epassporte account name?

After you type in how much and your bonus code an internet exlporer/firefox should pop up and you should be able to login to your epass account etc. E-mail stars and ask why you're being declined they respond in 2 hours or so.
