JJ Flops set against donk better
board continuously gets scarier and SB rarely folds call down after turn like I did?

Re: JJ Flops set against donk better
hmm, cap PF for sure. cap flop also (why not) I think the t and r might bee good though..
your inducing th SB to bet weaker hands and not paying to much (getting 3 bet) when he has a FL or st. if the river blanks i might raise there but givin the 10 its an easy call. |

Re: JJ Flops set against donk better
I cap preflop and raise turn.
I think the hand might play differently if you cap preflop, but what range do you put SB on with a reraise of an EP raise? AK [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] is possible, but just Ax [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] seems kind of sketchy. AA or KK are possible (which you're crushing) along with QQ. At any rate, I want to see what response a turn raise gets before calling down. |

Because you probably have the best hand.

Because you probably have the best hand. [/ QUOTE ] This is one of those interesting places where a lot of stuff cancels out, so you can just say this is a 2:1 play, i.e. you're losing 2 to a better hand and winning 1 from a worse hand. So, you need to be right > 66% of the time. If you think you're there, so be it, but I see no reason to believe that. |

Re: JJ Flops set against donk better
I would also think about what you would do if it was checked to you on the turn? What would you do if check-raised?
You've flopped a great holding, which had chances to draw to a full house with a Q, 8, J, or 4 on the turn. You have position, also. I would play this hand very aggressively. It's a scary board, but this opponent could also be betting AQ, KQ or some other paired hand. I believe you should bet and raise and if your opponent wants it, he'll have to show you a straight or flush. |
