Default Negotiate to Win: Gaining the Psychological Edge

I've been reading the book Maximum Influence by Kurt Mortensen. It is a book on persuasion that is highly acclaimed by everyone from Brian Tracy to Robert Allen to Stephen Covey. What surprised me is that on page 112,in a chapter called the Law of Contrast, is that an entire paragraph from a book called Negotiate to Win: Gaining the Psychological Edge is quoted in its entirety. The author, it turns out, is no other than Alan Schoonmaker. Has anyone read this book? What's your review of it? I'm interested in how good a book it is for sales, both face to face and internet? Opinions would be appreciated.
