I would fold this pre-flop. You have a drawing hand at best, in a raised pot and are out of position. Sure villain is a maniac, but in my opinion you would need high cards here, rather than suited connectors.

As played, I'd fold the flop to the $3 bet. But maybe a call is ok too, you close the action and have another caller in the pot.

I'd fold to the push on the turn though. You'd have to get quite some money from BTN in the pot on the river if you make your flush to get the correct implied odds.

we do not really need that high implied odds to call turn, as likely 7 and 8 are our outs, so we can have as much as 14 outs, for which we almost have immediate pod odds.

I call preflop, call flop, and think hard about folding turn. What does BT have? I suspect that you are dominated vs a lot of his range, although the 7 helps.

Hold on, let me stove it....

... ok I propokertooled it:

Hold'em Simulation

board: Ac2sTs7c
Hand Pot equity
Hero: 7s8s 15.78%
UTG: AT-AK,A2,TT,22,As*s 46.87%
BT: TT,22,As*s,KsTs,KJs,KQs 37.35%

Maybe my range for BT is too tight - I haven't given him a FD you beat, because they are probably not in his range preflop and he looks strong post-flop. I took the 2p hands out of his range because I assume he'd raise with those (slowplaying sets is more likely, if still bad); if you add them in you have ~20% equity.

This is all quite speculative, have a go yourself, I'm sure your ranges will be more accurate than mine. www.propokertools.com

EDIT: Apologies, I missed off a couple of 's's - your equity is even worse than I thought against the ranges I suggest:

Hold'em Simulation

board: Ac2sTs7c
Hand Pot equity
7s8s 11.58%
AT-AK,A2,TT,22,As*s 39.95%
TT,22,As*s,KsTs,KsJs,KsQs, 48.47%
