Problems Connecting to Ultimate Bet?

Is anyone else having problems connecting to UB? I log in and I can't seem to get to the game menu.

I had the same problem.
Just go to the UB-Page and download the Software...then just install it and it works again!

yea, after reinstalling it, it was fine...strange indeed...

I have another problem after the UB update. When I start the software there is the welcome panel but after that nothing happens, the program doesn't starts. Try to reinstall but still have the problem. Finally I shut my firewall down but still not work. I wrote few mails to UB but they couldn't help me...
Has someone the same problem?

had the same problem, i've ditched ub lately because of their new policies, but yea, tried to login to withdraw and faulty...reinstall did nothing, i'll wait until a reply from support, which should hopefully come within a month...

Are you sure you want to log onto UB ?? Take a look at what happens after you start playing there:

I sent an email to the cardroom manager at UB with the hand history and got no response whatsoever. I sent a second email to member services. This email also was completely ignored -- no response whatsover. A third email (to member services), copying the first two, got a response from someone who did not even read the hand history. I requested that the email be forwarded to someone who both understood poker and who was in the right department to handle cheating allegations. I received the following reply:

Thank you for contacting us.

We reviewed the hand 41863420-645 and we did not find anything wrong on it. It shows that you played normally, you made a re-raised and 3 calls and you finally folded the cards.

If you still consider you were cheated on this hand, please indicate us the exact inconvenience so we can further review it.

Please do not hesitate to contact us back if you require further assistance or additional information.

This response (after four emails) does not even correctly state what I did on the hand, and makes no attempt to address what the other players did.

jsbjoe - how is it you feel you were cheated on this hand? If you are HERO it says you folded?! Why put so much in the pot and fold on the end? Or is it that you feel the other two players were cross raising you on the river?

I had a similar problem and fixed it by selecting "forgot password" at log on. I followed the link they email you and changed the PW. After that I logged on with the new PW and everything worked fine.

I can't say this will work for sure, but it did work in my case.
