Default 100NL AA in blind battle (230BB deep)

Hey guys,

I just played this hand and thought it was a pretty sick spot. Villain is relatively unknown running at 17/14/3.5 over 75 hands, I haven't gotten out of line on this table yet.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (5 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Button ($116.73)
Hero ($228.14)
BB ($234.68)
UTG ($34.89)
MP ($102.65)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
3 folds, Hero raises to $4, BB raises to $12, Hero raises to $38, BB calls $26.

Flop: ($76) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $56, BB calls $56.

Turn: ($188) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB calls $140.68 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $328.68

I didn't notice stack sizes preflop, I probably should have 4-betted more because we are pretty deep. All thoughts appreciated!

I'm tempted to call, but feel like we're beat way too often.
So I like the fold.

I think his range is QQ, TT, and flushdraws, as I doubt he shoves AQ, KK here.

You induced AQ and KK to stack off. Please do not fold this. If villain has QQ or TT then NH.

Why are you talking about depth. His shove isn't even a pot sized bet. Hero also checked to him on the turn in a e-peen blind battle which could easily induce him to shove. Shove the turn or check with the intent of calling a shove.

It's pretty clear what I have, and it doesn't look like I'm gonna fold so you really think someone who seems decent will turn his KK/AQ into a bluff?

I don't even think AQ is in his range given preflop. I haven't been out of line and I 4-bet him preflop. I think his range is very tight preflop also because 4-betting light is not something you see (often) at Party 100NL.

Yup you've represented AK perfectly.
