Default push or fold vs. this lag? (1010 .25/.50 UB)

Villain is passive preflop but very aggro postflop. He seems like the type of villain who likes to bet pot on flop then again on turn no matter what happens on flop if he thinks he's still good.

With this read I was mentally ready to play a big pot but then he pots it on turn and I'm like a deer in headlights.

If they are paying attention I would probably have a loose, wreckless image. I have played 2 orbits and opened about 6 hands mostly winning blinds which I think makes the decision harder.

Anyways I have black 1010 and open for $1.75 from CO.

Villain calls in SB. Flop 256 rainbow. He pots it $4, I raise to $14, he calls.

Turn J. He pots it for $30. I have $53 behind, he covers.

I think on the turn it becomes apparent you're beat. Preflop and flop looks good, however.
