Call. AK is only afraid of KK and AA here.

Fold if he has 100bb at 100NL, but call anything less than 100bb.

This is something I've been annoyed with. When someone miniraises at 5/1 do you raise smaller to 8 or so? I always make it 12 no matter if they open to 2/3/or 4x.

The LJ Theorem: Fist pumping should be done only with your mouse offhand.

About time I made up a theorem.

I'm with this pretty much. 40BB push you shouldn't even be thinking about folding not least when you've already put 8 of them in. Much of the time here you'll see worse Aces people just think "F it. Time to double up or leave" with the rest of their small stack. Or some underpair. Very rarely you'll walk into AA/KK (and you're only crippled against the former).

You'd need tight PFR numbers to even think about anything here, and even then not on 40BB's. It's pretty clear.
