Default $16s - 99 early game with unders

I never go how to proceed with hands like this...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO (t1500)
Button (t1490)
SB (t1480)
BB (t1500)
UTG (t1380)
Hero (t1380)
MP1 (t1770)
MP2 (t1500)
MP3 (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls t20, Hero calls t20, MP1 calls t20, 2 folds, CO raises to t100, 3 folds, UTG calls t80, Hero calls t80, MP1 folds.

Flop: (t350) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, CO bets t100, UTG calls t100, Hero calls t100.

Turn: (t650) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, CO bets t200, UTG folds, Hero calls t200.

River: (t1050) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks with intention to call a small bet or a push?

I'd call a small bet but not a push for sure.

Folding on the turn is best IMO, even with those tempting odds.

i dont like this i think this is spewy. i dont see ak being a big part of his range after his turn bet. i mean its obviously highly read dependent - if he seems solid im mucking turn all day.

i dislike leading turn. if villain calls heros bet, hero cannot win the hand without making a big bet on the river without knowing where he stands in the hand.

I think a crai on turn is pretty sexy.

Even by the river, it's very hard to tell what he has - perhaps a higher overpair? Why not bet 250 on the flop and give up if you get action?

I honestly think that you're stacking off a lot here against bigger PPs. This looks like a "softly" played KK/AA that wants to (incorrectly) build a bigger pot against a dry flop. Their turn play is uber-retarded, but I still fold the flop.
