I don't see how a call can be the best play. If he's anywhere near sane, his turn lead probably means that he has at least a 7, so you are only worried about hands like 7JJx and 55JJ or 44JJ.

Push. It's really, really unlikely that he'll happen into the case two jacks when you have no reason to expect that from his turn bet. I think most of the time you'll be splitting with another JT, but it's way more likely that he was getting cute with 75 or 74 than it is that he has the miracle JJ here.
