Default The risk of ruin and the amount of hands played

I have a 300 big bets bankroll and my risk of ruin is said to be 0.25%. What does that mean? I can keep the BR at 300 big bets or let it increase, two different things. Then I can play 100K hands or I can play 200K hands, again two different things. What if I want to have only a 0.25% chance that with some win rate (1) and some fluctuations (10) my bankroll will not decrease at all during a 100K period, 0.25% chance that it will, 99.75% chance that it won't. How much do I need to add to my bankroll per 10K or 100K of hands to every year (100K) make 99.75% sure it won't drop below the 300 big bets bankroll? Or whatever, the question is about the amount of hands.
