I don't know which player is Villain and which is Hero, just like Kolo, but I'm pretty sure this answer is very wrong no matter which one he is.

OP- I would call because I dont think he plays 99 this way and I doubt he opens AQo for $5. I think this is most likely a hand like 67s

I think you should post your table image. Any prior history, and convert the hand correctly.

Given his numbers and assuming you're button, this is a very easy call. But reraise more preflop, post reads and your table image next time.

I have been playing very very loose... Like 33/30 loose.

Me and him have not gotten into it, every cbet i make he's folded. One time when he was in position he reraised my cbet.

I think I have been at the table for maybe 40 hands...

(oh and i tried like 10 times to convert the hand and gave up... sorry about that)

Given stats and your image this looks like a standard call. AQ and 99 is in his range for sure, but so is a million combos of spades. Making it at least like 18 preflop is called for though.
