So reading this other thread made me remember this one time a few weeks back where something similar happened to me.

I was out with 5 friends for a chinese meal in a restaurant. Really nice place and good service, reasonable prices. And most importantly good company.

We were laughing around, getting a bit drunk and some of the guys were being a bit rowdy. Anyways, I get up to go to the bathroom, do my business and then make my way back to the table. 2 of the other guys had to get up again to let me back into my seat, but just as they stood up, someone tripped me, I'm not sure who it was but it was probably one of our group, pretty sick if it wasn't.

So I'm falling through the air kind of towards one of my friends and the table, but I couldn't hold myself up and on the way down I tried to grab hold of something but my arms couldn't find anything, I fell face first into my friends meal and then kind of rolled off the table, only then did my flailing arms find my buddy and I managed to bring him down with me. Now the embarrassing part

I had left my flies open and was going commando that night and my [censored] fell out of the trousers and as we both landed on the floor, my penis slapped onto my friends forehead.

The whole place went silent.

I started to cry. I rang the wife, she cried, the baby cried.

I probably should have called the wife after taking my penis off my friends forehead, but I was in so much shock I guess I forgot.

And to this day, I always check my flies twice, which is still not enough sometimes, but I'll save those stories for another time.
