I assume your boat is good, raise to at least $65. If the opponent likes to call, just go all in.

I don't understand why you would minraise this river. Raise reasonably for value. If you are planning to fold to an all-in then don't raise at all. No sense jeopardizing a pot that is almost $100 a $20 raise.
