Stars $30 STT, Down to Heads Up, Line Check

I've been playing my usual TAG game and finally get heads up with villian. He is LAGier than me, particularly postflop, c-betting virtually 100% of the time, c/raising, r/raising with marginal holdings like middle pair or TPNK. I haven't seen him get caught doing anything too obnoxious or any outright bluffs.

Things have been pretty ABC since heads up. I read his calling BB as your typical limping top 50% type hand, min raises as off or suited connectors/ A rag off, and his 3bb raises as top 20% hands.

So with that read, what feedback do you offer on this hand?
