This is so ugly. How do I play this better? Villain is 27/16, 24 WTS, 2.5 AF.

Push flop after he raises. You lose to 33 and TT only. He never has 2 pair here, and he has a draw very often (which he probably won't fold for the price if you push).

Given that you didn't, I think the turn is a fold.
