I like the turn check for pot control. I'd call the river.

I'd rather bet the turn planning on checking behind on the river.

I think the line is fine, I would lean toward calling the river.

Looks perfect to me, you kept to pot small with no obvious draws, and may have induced a river bluff, easy call.

Using this line with TPTK looks exactly the same to the villain as you would have played a flop you missed, this is a good thing.

I ended up folding it. Not sure if this was too tight or not but had a sneeking suspicion I was up against AJ or A5. Plus I'm also losing to JJ and 55 and I figured these hands were quite likely with his cold call on the flop with no obvious draws. Thoughts?

If I checked the turn I would definitely call the river. And I should say I think the line OP took is basically fine, but I'd rather keep control of the hand rather than risk a really tough decision on the river if villain gets really frisky.

I play this kind a hand like this a lot, and when I call the river I see AQ, A10, A9, ect and Air atleast as often as a hand that beats me. And you only have to be right 1 out of 3 times to make this call correct.

Weak/Tight, I think you are seeing monsters under the bed.

Agreed. You played the hand very well to this point. Now come out from under the covers and CALL.
