FTP Suspended my account then reopened it then resuspended...

That Happens Thursday, I try to log on from a Poker CLub in Montréal... I was not able so when I came back home, send couple mails tu FTP support.. THen 2 days after saturday at 2PM my account was reopen after verification...

I was playing on my PC Saturday night when I decide to go play outside with my laptop like I habitually do.. So my FTP account is still open and I try to log in from laptop like everytime, But again its not working. So I logg of from my PC and try again on my lapotop.. Still Not working.. Try again on my PC and not working too.... Now I began to be a little UPSET... So I e-mail FTP and never got an answer BACK in more than 48h... I got 15K in FTP, I know its not a big deal for High rollers but for MSNL it is...

What Do I do outside of waiting? ( SOrry for my bad enflish, I'm french-canadien)

I decide to post this here cause I didnt know where to post it so move it if you want...

They did it because you logged on from a poker club where many people have accessed Full Tilt accounts. Same thing happened to me. They want to be sure your account hasn't been hacked / compromised. All you have to do is explain this to support and it shouldn't be a problem; zero chance of you losing your money.

explain is, they reopen it but when I try to log in from another computer outside of MY PC, they Blckes it again even I already play a lot of times with my laptop... But the main problem is that they dont answer me my e-mail back. 60hours+

Email them again. Try not to use only one computer for Full Tilt in future.
