Villian 26/16/2. I've three bet him a couple times prior to this hand. He folded both times, seems solid. He might be a 2p2er.

stack sizes: 200 effective.

This is super standard, right?

I bet the turn. Q is a good kicker.

why check the turn? Are you trying to put him on trips or AK? After his check call on the flp he might let you fire the second shell and then raise but he could've been wanting to see another card. Maybe he paired his kicker on the river or decided to take a shot with KJ, A7 etc...

I probably call on the river also. He played it like a draw. I might even reraise 20% of the time.

I like the way you played it, although probably about 50% of the time i will bet the turn. I usually check turn to get worse hands to bet river. River easy call BTW if you played it like this.

His line doesn't look like a draw to me. What draws are there on this board?

I bet the turn here.

Reasons for checking?

if you check behind the turn for potcontrol, you have to call the river. Its a perfect spot for potcontrol imo, all worse hands fold to a turnbet, just better call and flush raises... checking the turn gives the opportunity to bluff the river or bet a worse hand to villain
