Hand 1 is close IMO. If they are pretty damn tight I'll push this but otherwise I just don't think this is good.

Hand 2 IMO is terrible. You still have 10bb I fold this w/o even thinking about it from UTG. If I'm in the SB I'm probably shoving but from UTG this seems ridiculous. How is this standard?

Yeah hand 1 is very marginal, you can find a better spot unless blinds are super tight. Hand two you still have plenty of time and don't need to raise utg even though it's 4 handed. if you had that in SB then it's an insta shove. You have way too much to shove here.

Hand 2: Ugh this looks bad, we are on the bubble and should be pushing tighter here. This is probably aq+, 77+ here.
