NL $50 JJ against semi short stack
No real reads, Do you consider this guy short enough to make a play like this?

Re: NL $50 JJ against semi short stack
unless he had taken some hits lately and is on tilt i think you are behind villains range here. UTG raise and 3 bet shove is pretty strong line. i think i find a fold here.

Re: NL $50 JJ against semi short stack
coo, Do you raise less pf? My goal of raising to $7 was to make it an easy decision on flop. Also, against a villian w/ what stack size do you call a shove? $25?
Not saying your wrong at all, thanks for reply. |

Re: NL $50 JJ against semi short stack
Preflop I usually keep it to 3x the bet so personally I would have made it $6 preflop and really I don't know what you're ahead of... basically the hands you're HOPING he has you're only 52% against, I don't mind a fold here.

I might call it if villain is <20. I'd fold this pretty quick otherwise.

Pfr is fine, but fold the 4b shove to an unknown.
