Default Pushing the River...Two Hands vs Fish

Fish is terrible...about 48/18/1.8. He has a tendency to bet the flop when checked to and I watched him play QQ this way:

Raise preflop, get one caller, flop of Axx checked round. Turn is a heart, putting two on board, Fish check/calls. River puts a third heart. Fish check/calls an overbet (about 630 into 350) for the rest of his stack and loses to the backdoor flush.

Onto the hands (3/6 NL). First hand Fish has $588, I cover. I am dealt Js9s on the Button. Fish limps UTG, folded to me, I raise to $27. Blinds fold, Fish calls.

Flop ($63): Qs 2s 9d
Fish checks, I bet $31.50, Fish calls.

Turn ($126): 5d
Fish checks, I bet $63, Fish calls.

River ($252): 8s
Fish bets $126, I raise all-in for $466.50 effective to Fish.

Second hand: I have $1346.85, SB covers, Fish has $439.20. I am dealt KcKs UTG. I raise to $21, CO, Button (Fish), and SB call.

Flop ($90): Kd Ac 8c
Checked round.

Turn ($90): Tc
Checked round.

River ($90): 7s
SB checks, I bet $90, CO folds, Fish pushes for $418.20, SB folds, I fold.

I agree I probably should have bet the turn at least (I checked the flop assuming Fish would bet with position) but I want to focus on the river fold. How often is this a bluff and can it be right to call $330 to win $180?

on the first hand your bet sizes are really crappy. bet more on the flop so you have leverage to get it in if you hit two pair/trips/flush. as is you'll have a tough time building a pot if you do hit.

turn bet doesn't make much sense to me. is it for value? to build pot if you hit? i'd just check here and take the free card.

river is a nobrainer allin.

hand 2 bet flop!!!!!! watch him call down with just an ace.

bet turn, you really really need to protect your hand.

river i think you made the right laydown even though its a little difficult to put him on a hand. can't imagine he'd check flop with a flush draw but i also can't imagine he'd overbet the river on a bluff. he prob has J9 or qj or something. maybe has two pair but who puts 400 in on just two pair

I'm not so sure about betting the flop. Betting into 3 opponents as the preflop raiser into an AKx flop shows a lot of strength and no one is likely to call EXCEPT Fish if he has an ace. I think there is more value in inducing a bluff bet here.
