Default 50NL -- Facing Tough Re-Raise from BB

Full Tilt Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

SB ($49.50)
BB ($60.65)
UTG ($49.50)
Hero ($75.55)
Button ($106.55)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $1.75, Button calls $1.75, 1 fold, BB raises to $7.25, Hero calls $5.50, Button folds.

Flop: ($16.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $12, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $28.50

I felt I couldn't be anything here except for 99 and AK. Also, I didn't feel it was necessary to play big pots with only a small edge since I was beating the game fairly easily. All input on this hand would be great. Thanks.

id call and reevaluate the turn (or raise and fold to push), but i prefer calling bcause raising commits alot more of your chips, and i think you get the same information by calling and seeing if he checks the turn...if he fires again you can safely fold, and you only risked 12, instead of raising to like 35 and folding to a push when you've put half your stack in. Actually the more i think about it the more i dont like raising.
