is neteller OK again?

i heard many people were having big problems with neteller - not being able to withdraw their money.

was that just US customers? is it safe for me in the UK?

i want to make a withdrawl from full tilt, but they won't put it back on my visa card, they say i should use neteller - but i'm wary, can anyone recommend any other methods?

Neteller is fine if you're in the UK. I'm still using it with no problems.
