Default NL100 TILT, street by street

This may be the worst hand I ever played, please help. Shows my biggest issue, winner's tilt, which I was on after finally stacking the table maniac. He left after busto, this villain is 22/14/2.1 over ~1000.

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $105.90
CO: $116.98
Button: $84.60
SB: $104.20
Hero: $119.51

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG raises to $4, 3 folds, Hero calls.

This is a fold, right?

Meh depends how good you play post flop. Typically yes. Offsuit is a turbo fold.

check/call, he isn't raising worse, if the money's going in you're drawing to your flush/jack. doesn't matter too much though, because of that sets and gbucks thing...

If you getting all in on this flop is the worst hand you have ever played, you must be a damn good poker player.
