I dont think you can check here.
His most likely hand is a weak ace, with a missed draw in 2nd place.
He will check behind with both a lot, but call with the Ax hands.
I'd bet every time without some read that villain bets when checked to.

I think you have too little left behind for villian to attempt a bluff. You played this fine.
