I think given the odds im getting and my current hand, I think this is an easy call at a typical PLO25 game. What do you guys think?

SB checked then called twice meaning, thus he was on a good draw like oesd+fd. He saw you raise twice and must have assumed you had a set at least and probably top set.

There is no reason for him to bet when the Ad fell unless it gave him a wheel. Since he is All in, you have no implied odds if you fill up. I'd probably fold.
