So OOT I think I want adderall

Ok, so for the past year I've been underachieving in poker, almost all due to not being able to put in enough hands. For the past few months I've been really lazy and unfocused in general. I've read a little about adderall just on here using the search function and think that it can help me a lot.

For a little background, I was diagnosed with ADD when I was a kid and used to take ritalin on occasion. It was a while ago so I can't remember how much it helped me at the time. FWIW, I'm 19 years old.

Since I have a background of having ADD, it shouldn't be hard to get a prescription for adderall, yes? Also, I'm not sure if I have health insurance anymore. How much might this end up costing me?

I'd also be very interested in hearing some experiences of people using it for poker (online, not live), and anything else that is helpful I'd love to hear. Thanks.

adderall focuses your mind like a laser beam. Only use when you don't plan on sleeping for 12 hours. I can see how it can become addicting. Someone I know got migrane headaches when he used it.

Adderall with poker is nutso. It actually made me ask stars to increase my cash game table limit.

I think I have Adult ADD... I have an appointment with a doctor in June. I will see if I can get some adderall - though I'm sure it'll help me in many ways, I don't feel completely dysfunctional... so I don't know if it's worth it.

are you in college? if so you are probably covered and with your history should be able to get it no problem. your best bet, if you still live in the same area, is to go to whoever diagnosed you the first time.

Adderall without a prescription is not cheap... I believe it runs around $100-120 for 30 pills from Wal-Mart.

I have a prescription, I loved it at first, but I don't really find it all that great anymore. It can mess with your head if you use it long term. I only really take it a couple days in a row, and then take Adderall breaks.

It is an interesting drug, but it has some weird side-effects. Mainly the insomnia, and euphoric feeling.

Also, for some reason smoking cigarettes is extremely satisfying while on Adderall.

Like is there a way to get it OTC, BTC or something?
