Default Is this a bluff often enough to call

Ok I have just moved up from NL10 to NL25 when this hand happend roughly 20 hands after I had sat down.
I guess his stats aren't much use from such a small sample but hes 51/20/3 and appears to be playing aggressive but not crazy aggressive.

Does anyone favour betting out on the river here? Since I checked and he bet does getting 4:1 make for an insta call? Any different if he moved all in?

There's no point in betting the river, the only hand you beat is a missed flush draw.

Check calling a small bet from an aggressive player is fine. You're probably beat but getting good enough odds to hope he has diamonds/something retarded.

I definitely call this against an average 51/20 player at NL25. Sure, you are beaten very often here, but you won't believe what you see other times. You will be shown A2, 33-66, AK and even hands like AJ, KJ.

I wouldn't call much more, though. Although I would expect the bluff percentage to be higher when he moves in I don't want to drop my whole stack with medium strength hands without a read.

1.25 raise pf, and i think id check the turn. u put a lot of money into this hand, and had only second pair on the flop, and pretty nothing on the turn.. i dont like to play like that, cause ull have plenty of other, better spots to put money into.
u beat only fl draw at this river, but this river check showed huge weakness, so might also induce a bluff. I think it depends on your read. if u say that hes not playing crazy agressive, than i think he wont have fl very often, cause he has no implied on the river. but still.. im not sure ;]

Call, he could, and probably would bet a variety of hands here.

I think you can call because you're being given good odds. You only have $10 or so left, so calling a push wouldn't be terrible getting 3-1.
