Default TPTK faces 2 on turn

Early action, so sorry no reads. 30 hands I had great reads on MP2 and the play would have been clear.

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, 2 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB folds, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, MP2 calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (11SB, 5 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, MP2 checks, Hero bets, SB calls, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (7.5BB, 4 players)
SB checks, MP1 bets, MP2 raises, hero?

One villain bets into PFR and Flop bettor, the next one raises, big trouble, but I've got TPTK and a GS to a likely split. I think that makes folding out of the question, but I pondered a while raise vs call. Survey says? I'm bracing myself for some experts to tell me I totally suck and this is a fold...

Looks to me like you are drawing slim to a split with the possibility of 2 turning into 4 so I don't think you've got the outs to call this.

hero folds and then the following chat ensues

hero: ty
MP1 and/or MP2: what? you lost the pot
hero: ty, here have a brownie
MP1 and/or: why?
hero: for saving me money you freakin morans

of course, IRL hero is probably smart enough to keep his damn hands off the keyboard except to make the appropriate notes based on what hands get seen at SD....that is, unless he is at the end of a drunkern session of pokering. holla

i spent about 5 mins counting outs and pot odds before I decided fold. I'm just sad to think that I probably wouldn't have come to that conclusion at the table.

At least you made me feel better Train that someone else might not see the fold in the heat of play, I thought about this more over night after I posted and realized how stupid my play was, someone's got at least 2 pair, and I have 3 A's, 2 K's and 4 J's to improve, A's and K's may not give me a winner so discount to 2.5, J's likely lead to a split, and one puts 3 hearts on board, and likely someone already has one. At best 2 outs for 4.5 total, getting 5-1, clear fold. Because I was tired at the time and the donk bet and raise threw me off I was thinking I can't fold and it's worth an extra bet to try and push out the donker and hope the raiser has two pair. They both call, raiser bets river, now getting 10-1 I have to call, he has the str8. I later realize he's very passive post flop and this was an even clearer fold than it was on the surface.
