Haven't seen one of these in a while and while I don't post here very often (I am a more frequent member of another forum) I can't access it at work so whatever.

That's a fairly broad questions. I am now grown and no longer live with my mother, and she wasn't always out of the closet so to speak so while I was growing up for the most part I nor anyone else knew. When I was 15 she divorced my then step-dad (I came to find out she basciallly was with b/c she wanted me to have a father figure while I was growing up) and told me who she really was after a trip her and I took to see a "friend" of hers in Boston (I live in GA). Since then she has lived the life out in the open and its really not that different for me then it would be if I my mother was heterosexual.

While there is not necessarily a "man and a woman" in these types of situations, there usually is one who is a lot more masculine than the other. I can say with 100% confidence that my mother is the more feminine of the 2 is her current relationship.

My mother has 2 childern myself (25) and my sister (30). My mother is 47.
