Default time to Foxwoods

Probably we've probably done this one a dozen times, but it needs to be updated.

How long is the wait friday night? Including battling traffic from Boston

Ex: If I leave work at 5:00,

I get to the poker room at 7:00,

I get on the list at 7:15,

I get my to a 4/8 table at 8:00?

As in 8:00 am Saturday morning?

Sound about right?

totally depends on which night. It hasn't been too busy lately though.

Also depends on where you are leaving from in Boston.

Being in MetroWest (Framingham) makes it a lot shorter. I've left from Waltham at rush hour and it has taken 2.5 hours.

It can be even longer from the South Shore if 95 is a mess.

On recent Friday nights, you'd be seated by 7:30 at the latest. This past Friday, there were multiple empty tables in the low limit section and short, or empty, lists across the board at 7:00pm.

Dang, I take it the action was not good then, well at least not by Foxwoods standards.

I actually moved down to 2/4 for a couple hours just so I could avoid playing with grumpy middle-age weekend 4/8 and 5/10 regulars who smell like they forgot to shower this week. I get enough of that [censored] when I look in the mirror.

I'd forgotten how fun it is to blow off steam at a 2/4 table downing Heineken's with a couple of very attractive young things on either side of me.

I haven't really see this problem at the Foxwoods 2/4 table too often. However, lately the 4/8 seems to be over-populated with future WPT wanna-be pro $8 river decisions nits. By the end of the night I just want to scream at them "call or fold you jackass" just to keep the game moving. The stare-downs over who's going to show first also kill me. And would someone please inform them that just showing one card also slows the game down.
