Limit 1/2, Opening my game

Hey, so I've been somewhat active but still rly tight.

I've raised from late pos and seen these guys fold. Not long ago I raise from this position and showed down AA.

So I'm raising here in late position with JTo and SB or BB (I dont remember) calls.

Flop come QrQr9h, Other guy donks a bet here, (Should I put him on a Q that easy?), I call.

Turn brings a 8h (yahoo), He Checks, I bet, He raises, I call <font color="blue">??</font>.

River: 9r He checks, I <font color="blue">??</font>.

I hate that river cause me putting him on a Q makes his fullhouse...
