Default top set sees a scary turn card

Villain is a 25/20 regular that is defensive of his blinds but not crazy.

The turn is pretty gross but I don't think I can get away from this. Raise the flop? My plan was to call the flop and c/r AI any non diamond turn.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $443.75
UTG+1: $113.25
CO: $234.75
Button: $386.25
Hero: $198
BB: $205

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
4 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $8</font>, BB calls.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($92, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">BB bets $67</font>, Hero calls.

River: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($226, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">BB is all-in $92</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero calls all-in $85</font>.
Uncalled bets: $7 returned to BB.

Results:
Final pot: $396

Especially blind v blind, repop the flop. There's alot of cards on the turn that kill your hand or kill your action.

Pick One of the Following:

-3-bet the flop
or
-Bet/call all in on turn
or
-crai on turn

people call so light in blind confrontations. no need to try to let him hang himself when he'll let you rope the noose

I think I'd go for a flop call then turn check raise all in, it would make him pot committed. I can live with three betting flop again though...
