Default Is attaching a tracking device to a donks car unethical?

Picture a donk who plays poker daily at one of the 5-6 casinos in town. He moved from low limit to 1/2 NL recently and despite horrible results continues to donate hundreds of dollars daily, and it must be thousands weekly. This guy singlehandidly will pay for my international flight next month. He's so bad that even when he hits and has a big stack he never has the foresight to leave, instead he'll stay and donate it all back. He must cashout profit less than 10% of the time. He is Uber-Donk.

When Uber-Donk has bad luck at one casino, he tries another one for a few days, then another and so on. Sometimes I dont get to take his money for a week or more. However tracking devices run for between $1500-2500 online, so says Google. It would pay for itself in a month following Uber-Donk around the city. He clearly doesnt mind losing the money as he continues to come back.

Is this unethical?

Am I a bad person?

Discuss.
