Default ps ... $50NL ... Pocket tens

Villian had been a little lucky in a few of the past 10 hands or so and had gone from $40 to his present stack of $146 ... he has me and my $59.45 covered... he wasn't particularly crazy or tight before

This spot is pretty gross, and villain called a nice bet on the flop (it was nice) meaning your overpair is likely very vulernable in this situation. Folding the turn is your only option at this point.

Call.
He could have a gazillion hands you beat.
Block most non-heart rivers.

He's likely to be playing his rush here and we should still be ahead here most of the time. I like the above line.

I might put villian on a flush draw. Put about a $12-15 bet out on the turn. IMO this let's you see where you are better than check/calling turn. Villian may see your check as weakness and is trying to take away the pot.

So, if you call the turn, how much do you bet as a block on the river if it is a safe card?

I canīt see how this could work, on the river the pot will be $40 and we have $40 left. Plz tell me what amount to bet on the river, $15? If villain pushes we will have comitted 70 bbs with a marginal holding and we didnīt even get to showdown. I donīt think that is optimal.

You are right, my silly sleep deprived mind apologizes.
Listen to kolo's advice, i.e. check/puke/fold river.

Check/puke/fold just doesn't appeal to me

Should I have bet the turn? Does anyone push here or is that really read dependent? (I didn't push)
