I would call, it's quite likely you are beat, but the price is too great. He could have a flush, he could have a full house or trips with ace-rag or something. I would still pay it off though just to see, he might have some random low pair.

I would probably bet a bit more on the flop because of his implied odds if he was on a flush draw.
