Default Spew or well thought out bluff? 400 NL

Villain is kjell_morton 26/16/1.6. Turn push would be complete spew, right? He has to stab at this pot with any pocket pair, so he can only call here with 4x (unlikely or TT, right)
NOTES:
I stacked him for 125 BBs about 30 hands prior with set vs overpair.
And I have played big pairs this way on relatively harmless flops although, he probably has never seen me make that play.

this looks v bad. everyone folds and what does hero do c/r. looks like an obvious steal to him. You are unlikely to be raising a 4 utg.

I hate it. He's not going to be betting directly after you without a ten+. He won't give you credit for anything with the line especially with the raise size.

I don't like it. He is betting with 3 other players left in the hand, so it is unlikely that he is on a complete steal. He may have something marginal like JT or T9, but I would just give up the hand. The only nonbluffing hand you might have, in his eyes, is probably TT. But even then, you probably wouldn't raise since you have the deck so crippled.
