I would probably call and bet 3/4 pot on any non spade turn.
so many draws he would do this with.

I hate these situations because you're either gonna win nothing from them or lose a lot.

If you call and bet 3/4 on the turn, you're calling 89 and betting about 300 on the turn. If you're right and you're winning he folds and you win the $300 from the flop. If you're wrong you're drawing dead. so you're risking about 400 to win 300...are you winning 55-60% of the time? (it would have to be a litle higher than this since a 4th spade will turn sometimes) From a solid player my guess would be no &lt;shrug&gt;

people will usually call those kinda hands. it's not impossible for him to raise that here but i feel unlikely.

this is a bad spot to put anymore money in because we're drawing nearly dead very often. it's a fold.

WB/SA OOP = Fold

Your either way behind or slightly ahead. Furthermore, your OOP against a decent player, which means its completely impossible to play the hand correctly. Essentialy its just a horrid RIO odds situation and I prefer a quick exit rather than putting ourselves in a difficult situation where we are likely to just lose more.
