Halo 2?

I used to play Halo 2 hours a day, but since then have moved on. A buddy of mine told me that they were coming out with new maps soon. Is this true? Im too lazy to look it up, but I'm wondering if this a long awaited ordeal

my little brother plays a lot..he said that new maps were someing out on the 24th..

he also mentioned that one of the maps is going to be a remake of a map from Halo 1..he told me the name but I can't remember it...

yeah, halo 1 maps. as usual, they cost money for the first month or two.

Hang'em High and Derelict from Halo 1. I wish Chill Out would have been included but that's life.

Right now you can only play custom games with the new maps. They go into "rotation" next week.

For any Halo2 people out there, how prevalent is cheating and how vigilent is Bungie? I started playing again after about 18 months. Whenever I get my butt royally kicked in a game I can't help but think its either lag or cheating. I probably just suck though.

I hardly run into that many cheaters, but I usually just play team training with my roommates. When I play slayer or skirmish on my own I rarely run into obvious cheaters, and when I do I immediately quit and report them.
