Default AA blind battle...

Should I just call and pop him back on the flop, it seems that my 3-bet made it easy for him to fold his semi strong hand? 100NL

I would probably just shove the flop after the re-raise. Your min-raise gives away "monster".

A shove may give him more reason to think that you are bluffing. A shove here probably wouldn't get him to call. But a shove may give JJ-KK a reason to call and I would think you would want to try to get it all in pre-fop when you have aces.

Yeah, I like just calling here PF. Then if you are confident he will cbet flop, you can CRAI. Or if you aren't sure you can lead out. By min-raising you are giving away your hand. A push would have been better than that.

I like to call here and CR the flop.

I 4-bet pretty rarely, and given my opponent could have a wide range because you could just be attempting to the steal the blinds. I would rather call and hope he tries to take it down on the flop again with a cbet.

I will usually then CR, however it depends on the flop texture.
