I probably just shove over his 600 but everything else about the hand is good. I definitley lead out here for around 300 like you did.

I would love to hear a reason for this play.
Villain is IMO really unlikly to min-raise a OESD here.
I dont fear a Turn card just because my oppent has as little as 2 outs if we are ahead, and I'm not going to fold anyway.
He may hit 2nd best hand on the Turn, or think is K-rags is good.
We have position, as the Flop aggressor he will obv. bet the Turn again. if we were ahead on the flop we will still be but now are more chips in the pot. If we were behind, okay let it be [censored] happens no chance to get away here.
If he hit his miracle 2outer ? Okay ... [censored] happens again.
