QQ Post Flop at the Final Table - Raise / Reraise / Call Preflop
Final table of the $10 buy-in Midnight Madness on FTP.
5 Players left and I am 3rd in Chips. Villain is the Chip leader. Seat 2: Villain (610,189) Seat 6: Hero (373,123) I've been playing with the villain since we went to two tables and he seems standard TAG. Blinds: t5000/t10000 (Ante: t1000) 5 players Converter Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with :qh :qs 3 folds, SB raises to t35000</font>, Hero raises to t80000</font>, SB calls t45000 (pot was t105000)</font>. Flop: :4d :3c :js (t165000, 2 players) SB bets t165000</font>, </font>, what is my move here? |

I can't see how I'm not pushing here.

Re: QQ Post Flop at the Final Table - Raise / Reraise / Call Preflop
I would push.
This is a battle of the blinds so he can't assume you are as strong as QQ. So there are plenty of hands that you are stronger than that might call you after this flop. He did not reraise you PF, so I think it unlikely he has KK or AA. If he has flopped a set, well that is poker. After calling his raise, you would only be left with ~130,000 and the pot would now be ~500k so I don't see how he does not call an all-in. |

Push. Hope he has AJ or KJ. Or TT/99 and he can't fold that. That's a pretty reasonable holding here.

Lots and lots of villians don't 4-bet AA/KK pf in this situation. I know that I wouldn't. He raised from SB, got re-raised, and hero's reraise is for slightly bigger than 1/5 of the effective stack. |
