Pick My Car OOT
I'm currently in the market for a new vehicle. I've narrowed down my choices to the following: a 2007 BMW 328xi or a 2007 Infiniti G35x. Check them out below:

The BMW comes with a 230 hp V6 as opposed to a 306 hp V6 for the Infiniti. Either option I would be getting them in black with a beige leather interior and the premium package. Both have AWD, which is a necessity for my region. Both come with a sunroof, the BMW has a CD player with mp3 playback capability, the Infiniti has a 6 disc CD changer with Bose surround and mp3 capability. The BMW runs on premium gasoline, while the Infiniti requires regular. Any maintenance on the BMW for the first 4 years is free of charge. The Infiniti would be out of pocket expenses. On paper I think the Infiniti is more car for the money. It's a [censored] BMW though. Help me out OOT.

I am on my sixth BMW, whereas I've never owned an Infiniti. I'm sure they are great cars, and you will be happy with either.

But I did read somewhere that an I-6 is perfectly ballanced.

The infiniti gives you a lot more bang-for-the-buck.
The VQ35 engine isn't only more powerful, but also super-reliable as well. It's made ward's best engine list for some insane amount of years now. Wouldn't it make more sense to compare a 330i to the G35 than the 328? Also, as much as I love black on cars, I probably will never get that color again. It looks -fantastic- for about 1 day after you wash it, and then gets absolutely filthy if you do any kind of driving. You may want to consider silver.
