20 is a lot.

Why are the numbers usually so much smaller in these kinds of things? Are the responders that quick, or are people usually killing themselves faster?

MSNBC reporting a college-aged kid killed people in a dorm AND an engineering building.

msn.com is reporting 22 dead and at least 28 wounded

CNN is now also reporting 22 dead, and reports of two students jumping from a window of some height.
